DRAFT Strategic Plan for 2013-2015
Fort HealthCare continuously reviews and updates the organization's Strategic Plan. At this time, we are focusing efforts on employee and patient satisfaction, providing the most appropriate preventive and acute care to our patients, maintaining a sound financial footing and growing our services in a manner that most effectively delivers wellness-based medical care.
