What you should expect on your first visit
On your first visit, please plan to arrive about 15 minutes prior to your appointment so we can update your records. Be sure to bring your private or government insurance information and any data pertaining to medications you are currently taking. We ask that you be direct and honest about everything relating to us as your healthcare providers.
A consultation at our clinic involves a complete review of your medical history, with particular attention to your symptoms and concerns, followed by a thorough examination, after which an individualized treatment plan is developed. If you do not understand your illness or treatment , please ask for clarification.
To make an appointment, simply call our office and explain the reason for your visit so we may schedule an appropriate amount of time with the physician or nurse practitioner.
