Free Screenings
Fort HealthCare offers free monthly health screenings in the community. Screenings available include blood pressure, total cholesterol, blood sugar (glucose), and bone density. These are non-fasting screenings. If you are interested in a more complete fasting lipid panel please click here to enroll in the Well Ways program.
