Social Services

The Social Services team is made up of patient care coordinators, who are registered nurses and the medical social worker, who works closely with your physician. Staff coordinates surgical and obstetric pre-admissions, personal counseling, financial information, Medicare/Medicaid information, referrals to many groups and support agencies, and information and assistance with advance directives/healthcare power of attorney.
