Aqua Zumba® keeps the Zumba® fitness workout party going in the pool. This 45-minute class is a challenging water-based workout, that integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness.
This six-week class will get your heart pumping and muscles toned while using hand weights, a stability ball and doing some mat work. The class is designed to help you achieve health benefits such as maintaining bone density, increasing strength and shaping your physique. Mats and stability balls provided, please bring your weights. This challenging class is not recommended for students with balance difficulties.
Without one class being the same, this boot camp will alternate from circuit training to station training to group training! You will learn proper form and increase your strength while incorporating cardio to raise your heart rate and feel the burn. Instructed at all levels of fitness and ages.

Healthy-Steps, Moving You to Better Health with the Lebed Method, is a therapeutic exercise and movement program with wonderful music designed to help you thrive! Offering wellness programs for cancer survivors, regardless of health, age or ability level. The Healthy-Steps program improves overall wellness, range-of-motion, balance, strength and endurance, as well as emotional well-being and self-image.
Through funding from Tomorrow's Hope, Fort HealthCare is able to reduce the rate for this class to $20/person

Are your joints feeling stiff these days? Stamina seems to have gone out the window and muscles seem to have disappeared as well? Then maybe you need our Rusty Hinges Senior Exercise Class. This class is for the older adult interested in increasing their strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. You will use of free weights, bands, exercise balls, weight machines and cardio equipment. Interested individuals should contact their physicians for medical clearance before attending and will be asked to complete a health history form. Instructors will conduct fitness assessments on the first and last days of class. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and proper footwear for exercising. Min. 5/Max. 15.
Do you feel like you need some WD-40 for your rusty joints? Then this low impact senior exercise class held in the water is the class for you! The class will incorporate balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance with low to no impact since it's being held in the water. Participants should come dressed to exercise in the water in a swisuit and wearing water shoes.
Are you tired of the annoying arm jiggle? Afraid of short-sleeved shirts? Skinny Arms Express is a fun way to tone and tighten the problem spots on the arm and upper body in a high-energy atmosphere. Excersises will vary week by week and the equipment includes dumbells, Thera-bands, exercise balls and your own body. Come check out this fast-paced class and feel the burn!
This class consists of choreographed step patterns. You'll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout is determined by the speed, travel and execution of your movements. We recommend this class for anyone who has some group fitness class experience.
